Overview
Use this article to contact Listing Monster support through the chat inside the Listing Monster app. Use it any time you have a question, get stuck on a task or want help with your account.
What you'll do:
Open the Listing Monster chat
Start a new message
Write and send your message
Before you start
The Listing Monster chat is available once you've connected a marketplace, such as eBay, to your Listing Monster account. If you haven't connected a marketplace yet, see Set up your Listing Monster account.
Open the Listing Monster chat
You open the Listing Monster chat from the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the Listing Monster app.
Log in to Listing Monster.
In the bottom-right corner of the screen, click the purple chat icon.
The Listing Monster chat window opens with the greeting Hi [your name] đ How can we help?
Start a new message
You start a new conversation with Listing Monster support from the Home tab of the chat window.
In the Listing Monster chat window, click Send us a message.
A new conversation opens with Listing Monster AI shown at the top of the chat window.
Write and send your message
You type your question into the Message... box at the bottom of the Listing Monster chat conversation.
Click the Message... box.
Type your question.
Click the send arrow on the right of the Message... box.
The Message... box also has icons for adding an attachment, an emoji, a GIF or a voice message. Use the paperclip icon to attach a file, such as a screenshot of what you're seeing.
View your recent conversations and replies
The Messages tab in the Listing Monster chat shows your recent conversations with Listing Monster support. Use the Messages tab to go back to an earlier conversation or to see the team's response to your message.
In the bottom-right corner of the screen, click the purple chat icon.
At the bottom of the Listing Monster chat window, click the Messages tab.
Click the conversation you want to open.
The conversation opens, showing your messages and any replies from Listing Monster support.
Expected result
â Your message appears in your conversation with Listing Monster AI in the Listing Monster chat window. Keep the chat window open to see the reply.
đĄ Tips and best practice
Attach a screenshot with the paperclip icon when something on screen looks wrong. It shows the team exactly what you're seeing.
Include the item's title and the marketplace it's listed on, such as eBay, if your question is about a specific listing.

I can't see the chat icon in Listing Monster
The Listing Monster chat is only available once you've connected a marketplace to your account. Connect your marketplace by following Set up your Listing Monster account. If you need help before then, email the Listing Monster team at [email protected].
How do I close the Listing Monster chat?
You can close the Listing Monster chat window by clicking the X in its top-right corner. You can also click the purple down arrow in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
