Stage 1: Review & Approve for Export

1. Open Listing Monster and go to your Listings tab.

2. Review each item. Once you’re satisfied with your listings, click Approve.

Stage 2: Export from Listing Monster

1. Navigate to the Export tab in the Listing Monster sidebar.

2. In the Export tab:

• Click the “Marketplace” dropdown and select Depop.

3. Select the items you would like to export.

4. Select Export Target: Depop (System).

5. Check the box that says “Include Images in Download” – this is crucial.

6. Click the “Export” button at the bottom of the page.

7. This downloads a ZIP file containing:

• A CSV file formatted for Depop bulk upload.

• A folder of images, each correctly named and paired to the CSV.

Stage 3: Upload the CSV to Depop

1. On Depop, go to your Selling Hub.

2. Click on Drafts from the navigation panel on the left.

3. Click “Download Google Sheet Template” on the right-hand side of the screen.

4. Upload the CSV file you downloaded from Listing Monster (inside and at the bottom of the ZIP).

5. Once uploaded, the listings will be created as drafts within a few seconds. You’ll see a confirmation message and receive an email once the process is complete.

Stage 4: Add Images to Draft Listings

1. Go to the “Drafts” section of the Selling Hub.

2. Each draft listing will have all listing information (title, description, size, etc.) pre-filled from the Listing Monster CSV — except for photos.

3. For each draft:

• Click the Add Image icon.

• Upload the corresponding image from the downloaded image folder.

(The drafts will appear top-to-bottom in the same order as the folder.)

💡 Pro Tips:

• You can upload up to 8 images per listing in bulk.

• You don’t need to wait for images to load before moving to the next draft.

🖼️This is the only manual step: adding photos to each listing.

Stage 5: Finalize & Publish Listings

1. Quickly scan each draft to ensure the correct photo is attached.

2. Select the listings you want to publish — you can do this in bulk.

3. Click the “Post” button to publish your listings live on Depop.
