Single Sign-On (SSO)
Listing Monster's SSO support now allows your organization to seamlessly migrate from credentials authentication to SSO using Microsoft Entra ID or Google via the Settings > Users panel available to organization administrators.
Additionally, organization administrators can mandate the use of SSO, enabling all users to leverage the enhanced security features of their SSO provider, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
This is essential for certifications like Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials+, and other widely used compliance standards.
Picture Handling
We've made a number of improvements to picture handling, based on your feedback:
Hard Limit of 24 Pictures: To improve reliability when importing listings into eBay and other marketplaces, we have implemented a hard maximum of 24 pictures.
Configurable Picture Limit: We support a configurable maximum number of pictures, up to the hard limit of 24.
Brand images: We can insert your brand images into all listings, and in the order of your choosing, up to your configured picture limit, or the hard limit of 24 pictures.
Please contact our support team via the Intercom widget in the bottom right-hand corner of any app screen if you’d like to take advantage of the above features (note that you don't need to do anything for the hard limit to apply).
We have also:
Improved Picture Removal: Should you add any pictures to your listing in error, we've made removal easier and more discoverable by adding a Delete button that looks like a rubbish bin to each picture.
Enhanced Picture Rotation: Picture rotation behavior has been improved to avoid unnecessary and/or erroneous cropping.
European Article Number (EAN)
We now automatically include the Product:EAN
column in exports for new items to be listed on eBay, with a default value of Does Not Apply
. This fixes a common source of EAN-related upload failures.
You can find all of these improvements live in the Listing Monster app, and we hope you enjoy these new features and fixes. Please send us your feedback using Intercom or by emailing your Account Manager.
